We have been retained by fast leading suppliers of commodity raw materials and related services to coffee. They are looking for professionals to join their growing company for the position of:
OPERATIONS MANAGER
(MEDAN)

Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing, directing, planning and reporting for the reception, storage, processing and packing of commodity products in an efficient and timely manner.
Oversee achievement of production levels by monitoring efficiency, capacity and yields.
Review production costs and taking action necessary to control costs.
Ensure standards are adhered to for safety, general equipment and facilities maintenance and preventive maintenance matters.
Ensure that food safety/sanitation/quality programs of the facility comply with the law, regulatory requirements and company programs.
Guide and assist subordinates in solving manufacturing problems, such as, in-process inventory management and scheduling, quality problems, and changes to production methods.


Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable University. Those with relevant experience but lower qualification will be considered
At least 5 years or more relevant operations experience in similar industry.
Prefer to have commodity experience ideally in coffee (arabica or robusta) but other commodities such as cocoa, grain etc is acceptable.
Excellence leadership, good personality, interpersonal skill, and good communication skill.
Highly organized, meticulous and able to multi- task.
Speak fluent English.
Willing to work in Medan for minimum 2 years.

KEY AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

l Training
 Coordinate training program locally.
 Carry out each training program, and assist all courses.
 Assist holding new conducted training activities.
 Responsible for training-oriented preparation work. (Hotel, venue, external speaker…etc)
Assist department activities to take place.
 Examine and evaluate local market condition, enhance two-way communication between distributor and EASECOX.
 To recommend proposals according the needs of local distributors.
To input and maintain all Training related data information.

l Administrative
1. Maintain training record.
2. Organize and compute attendance list and training related reports.


QUALIFICATION

l Education: college degree or above.

l Experience:

u 3+ years of Sales & Training experiences.

u MLM industry experiences is preferred.

l Skills:

u Strong PC skills, including Excel, Power Point and Word.

u Requires excellent written and verbal communications in English and Mandarin.

l Qualifications:

u Aggressive and patient.

u Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

u High EQ, have a positive attitude under pressure.

u Resourcefulness in solving problems.

u Commitment to quality and performance.

u Able to work overtime or on holidays if necessary.
